The success of our company is built on the professionalism of the Technicians within the team. Each Technician has to be trained to Q.A.S. 3169. 4/9 and is licensed by BAFE, to maintain this high standard of professionalism.
Each member of the team is able to survey your premises, raise a quotation, should you require one, and ensure your site or premises complies fully with the relevant Authority requirements. All site surveys and quotes are FREE.

We operate a comprehensive and fully documented Environmental Management System that is designed and operated to the highest standards in partnership with, and audited by, our independent management consultants.
We recognise that being kind to the environment is not just restricted to the householder, but affects everybody including industry and commerce.
The maintenance side of the business does, unavoidably, generate waste e.g. Powder, Foam, Metals, Plastics and Cardboard.
We believe that to maintain our position in the Fire Protection Industry we must continue to search out new and cost effective procedures and methods to offer to you, our customer, the very best service available, and by maintaining a comprehensive Environmental Management System, demonstrate our commitment to you and the environment we all share.
Health & Safety Management System
We also operate a comprehensive and documented Health & Safety Management System that is designed in partnership with, and continually reviewed and monitored by, our independent health & safety consultants.
Customer Service, Office Hours & Out of Hours Details
We take pride in providing all of our customers with a quality, professional and polite service no matter how big or small they may be and our reputation has been built on those underlying principles.
Should you require any of our products or services or require any advice or clarification of what you may need and any associated costs please do not hesitate to contact us.
Our office hours are between 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Thursday and 9:00am to 4:00pm on Fridays.
We also provide an out of office hours answering service together with a number to call in an emergency.
Our Customer Service Department is composed of very experienced and friendly staff and your call will always be handled efficiently and politely.
If an enquiry needs a more technical response than that which can be provided from our office staff, you will be put through to a suitably experienced technician or member of management so that your questions and/or requirements can be professionally dealt with.
A follow on system is in place to ensure that all customer questions and requirements have been correctly dealt with and any follow up actions agreed with the customer .
We have payment arrangements in place that cater for all our customers, no matter how big or small. Our goods and services can be paid for by Cash, Cheque, BACS and most major debit and credit cards.
