Blackwood Fire Customer Service Department is open between 9am and 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 4pm on Fridays. Out of office hours our answering service has a number to call in an emergency.

All our team have access to our database system which displays the customer’s information enabling the call to be handled efficiently. Each enquiry is then passed to the specific Department, within Blackwood Fire, which will then prompt the necessary action. A follow on system is in place to ensure the Department has dealt with the call to meet our customer's requirements.

Payment for Goods and Services can be made by Cash, Cheque, Bacs and most major debit and credit cards.
